Dr Enrico Clarke is a Consultant Clinical Oncologist based at the Rutherford Cancer Centre in Thames Valley, specialising in the treatment of patients with brain tumours.
He was born and educated in Italy and trained in Medicine at University Sapienza in Rome with fellowships at the Royal Marsden Hospital, University College Hospital, and observership at M.D. Anderson Cancer Centre in Texas.
Dr Clarke has worked as a consultant in neuro-oncology since February 2019 and has worked as a clinical fellow at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre and at The Royal Marsden Hospital.
He provides radiotherapy and systemic treatment for brain, skull-base, pituitary and spinal tumours and participates in the ongoing development and delivery of proton beam therapy.
Dr Clarke loves music, art and travelling. He enjoys physical activity including cycling and hiking especially on the South Coast of England.

Dr Clarke has an interest in technical developments in radiotherapy, including advanced treatment techniques such as stereotactic radiotherapy, intensity-modulated radiotherapy, image-guided radiotherapy and proton beam therapy with a particular focus on the treatment of benign and malignant brain tumours.
